*Free Local Delivery For Raw Dog Food

Dogs About Town is based in Beaconsfield, Bucks and we deliver the yummy raw dog food free within a 25 mile radius every week – pawsome!

If you and your pup live between 25-50 miles from us, we may still be able to deliver your raw food free, if you can get together with another doggy friend. We need at least 2 woofers per delivery, so get together with your furry pals and we’ll see if we can add a new delivery area - waggy–tails all round!

If you live more than 50 miles away, we’ll need to send your woofer’s food by overnight courier to ensure it arrives frozen and in tip top condition. We don’t make any profit on delivery, but unfortunately, we can’t offer this service for free for deliveries sent this way, the costs are:

  • 6kgs - 9.5kgs = £6.75
  • 10kgs - 23.5kgs = £9.25
  • 24kgs - 31.5kgs = £12.00
  • 32kgs - 49.5kgs = £15.00

For orders of 50kgs and over, call us to talk about bulk discounts. Freephone 0800 644 4662

Where is my order?

After you have placed your order online, we will send you an order confirmation email. If you haven't received this email within 24 hours of placing your order or your products have not been delivered within the timescale stated in the email, then please send our Customer Service team an email to woof@dogsabouttown.co.uk or telephone us, free, on 0800 644 4662 between 9am and 6pm Monday – Friday.

Will my order arrive in one go?

Dogs About Town seeks out smaller, niche suppliers to bring you a collection of doggy goodies that's a little bit different from the norm. Because of this, when you order, you might choose goods from several different suppliers and that will mean that your order won't arrive in one package. For example, if you buy a lounge bed, nose-it toy and a chill pad, you'll be supporting 3 different small manufacturers and you'll receive 3 packages. Now, we know, this might seem a bit odd at first, but we hope you'll agree that it's worth it to find something just that little bit different and be able to support some of the smaller but beautifully formed suppliers and manufacturers.

A Quick Word About Packaging:

The world's resources are precious, so whenever we can, we like to re-use packaging that we get sent.

Things like those polystyrene chips, shredded paper or bubble wrap.

We also try to choose the most environmentally cardboard boxes we can and this means that sometimes you'll get a box that looks too big for it's contents. But rest assured, we've done our homework and picked the best option we can, plus any packing that we use to fill the box is likely to be on its second use. Phew.

The monthly boxes also make a great interactive toy for your dog. Once it's empty of goodies, why not pop a few treats inside, turn it over and then let your dog work their way in to the yummy treats? We don't recommend using the filling as a toy or to hide the treats in and of course, don't leave your gorgeous pooch unattended with the box.
