Digestive dysfunction can be a common problem in dogs. Antibiotics, vaccines, medication, illness, stress or poor diet can knock your dog's gut out of balance causing loose stools or constipation, sickness, gas and bloating.

Tummy Tastic is a power-packed powder that supports a healthy balanced digestive system. It reduces stomach discomfort, aids the absorption of nutrients and bolsters immune function. In dogs with pancreas problems the good gut bacteria is found to be compromised and Tummy Tastic will help to restore these levels. This blend is also ideal to use periodically as a preventative approach to keeping your dog's gut healthy, balanced and strong.

Consists of Slippery Elm, Fennel, Chamomile & Dandelion, active prebiotics from chicory root extract & yeasts and probiotics Enterococcus faecium & Bacillus subtilis. Includes natural clays to extract toxins from the gut walls.

It has been found that dogs with yeast-related problems can benefit from taking pre/probiotics.

Suitable for all breeds over 8 weeks old. Not to be used if your dog is pregnant/nursing or known to be allergic/reactive to any of the ingredients listed. If in doubt, please consult your veterinarian for advice.

One size available - 350g tub with a handy 20g measuring scoop.

Tummy Tastic Suitability

Ideal for dogs who are susceptible to tummy troubles, after antibiotics, taking medication, vaccines or a stomach-related issue. Can also help to restore bacteria levels in dogs with pancreas issues. Recommended to be be used periodically to maintain the health of the gut and digestive system. Suitable for all breeds.

Not recommended for pregnant/nursing dogs or puppies under the age of 8 weeks old. Proflax Tummy Tastic is considered safe to be taken as an integrative approach alongside medication, however, please consult your own vet for advice if at all concerned.

Feeding guide

Use our food calculator for a guide on how much to feed your dog.

Feed as part of a balanced diet. Adult dogs should consume 2-3% of their ideal body weight per day and Just Tripe can form a portion of this. Every working dog is different. Adjust portions accordingly. Wash your hands, utensils and surfaces after handling any raw meat.

To give you an idea of portion size, Dexter is an adult male Boxer, weighing 26kgs. We feed him 500gr per day which is a tiny bit under 2% but it works for him as he does have some treats during the day as well. On the other hand, Maisie is a 2 year old female Boxer, weighing 22 kgs and we feed her the same as Dexter. This is because she is a high energy girl who never walks if she can run, so she needs a bit more food every day. So, use the above percentages as a guide and adjust for your dog, afterall, no-one knows them like you do.

Delivery options

Will my order arrive in one go?

Dogs About Town seeks out smaller, niche suppliers to bring you a collection of doggy goodies that's a little bit different from the norm. Because of this, when you order, you might choose goods from several different suppliers and that will mean that your order won't arrive in one package. For example, if you buy a lounge bed, nose-it toy and a chill pad, you'll be supporting 3 different small manufacturers and you'll receive 3 packages. Now, we know, this might seem a bit odd at first, but we hope you'll agree that it's worth it to find something just that little bit different and be able to support some of the smaller but beautifully formed suppliers and manufacturers.

A Quick Word About Packaging:

The world's resources are precious, so whenever we can, we like to reuse packaging that we get sent. Things like those polystyrene chips, shredded paper or bubble wrap. We also try to choose the most environmentally cardboard boxes we can and this means that sometimes, you'll get a box that looks too big for it's contents. But rest assured, we've done our homework and picked the best option we can, plus any packing that we use to fill the box is likely to be on its second use. Phew.

Your dog’s yummy raw food will arrive frozen and will be sent straight to your door by courier – no more lugging heavy sacks or tins back from the shops, yey!

Between Monday – Thursday, if you order before 1pm, your food will arrive the next day. Orders placed after 1pm on Thursday and before 1pm on Monday will arrive on the Tuesday.

If you are not going to be in when your order arrives, please let us know where we can leave it. It is packed so that it will stay frozen for some time after delivery so just make sure you pop it straight in the freezer when you get home.

The minimum order is 6kgs which is about 1 freezer basket full in an average freezer and approximately 2 weeks worth of food for a 20kgs dog. If you’re not sure how much to order, call us free on 0800 644 4662, or use our Portions Calculator.
